Recently, the company's wind power operation and maintenance project department stationed in Daqing, Heilongjiang has organized and carried out special weeding and obstacle clearing work for the terminal towers of the collector lines and the surrounding passages, aiming to prevent and resolve the risks of fire and equipment failure caused by overly dense vegetation.
During the operation, the operation and maintenance personnel adopted a combined operation mode of "centralized removal by lawnmowers + fine manual trimming", efficiently cleared large areas of weeds in the tower foundation and the passage, and manually removed narrow parts that machinery cannot reach, such as equipment foundations and areas near cables, to completely eliminate the hidden danger of flammable materials. Meanwhile, the operation and maintenance personnel carried out simultaneous hidden danger investigations on the tower body, grounding devices, insulators and line fittings, achieving both obstacle removal and defect elimination, and improving the health level of the equipment.
This operation has effectively improved the operating environment of the lines and eliminated fire risks. In the next step, the project department will establish a regular management and protection mechanism for line corridors, regularly carry out weed cleaning and tree obstacle investigation, strictly and meticulously build a solid line of defense for work safety, fire prevention and power supply guarantee, and make every effort to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the collector lines.
