Recently, as the last set of electrical equipment test data passed the verification and the equipment was successfully restored to grid-connected operation, the annual preventive test work for the two wind farms of the Jilin Taonan project operated and maintained by the company has been fully and successfully completed. This test conducted comprehensive performance inspection and insulation test on primary and secondary electrical equipment such as step-up station main transformers, switchgears, busbars, transformers, lightning arresters, as well as wind turbine box transformers and collector lines, thoroughly investigated potential safety hazards of the equipment, fully verified the operation performance of the equipment, and consolidated the equipment foundation for safe and stable operation and maintenance in autumn and winter.

During the test period, facing the low temperature and strong wind weather in autumn and winter as well as the complex conditions of outdoor operation, the project team made overall arrangements in advance, and tailored a special test plan in combination with the operation years of the equipment of the two stations and the regional climate characteristics.

This pre-test work effectively eliminated the hidden dangers in the operation of station equipment, verified the reliability and stability of power equipment, and further consolidated the foundation of work safety management.
