serves as the cornerstone for the stable operation of new energy power
stations.In accordance with the respective phase tasks and seasonal
characteristics, specialized safety production campaigns such as dedicated
inspections of collector circuits, post-holiday leadership inspections, and
routine patrol maintenance for defect elimination were carried out. Through
regional coordination and targeted measures, these actions have fortified the
safety defenses of clean energy.
Heilongjiang Daqing Wind Power Project Department
To fully ensure the smooth achievement of
the full-capacity grid connection target for the Daqing project and thoroughly
eliminate potential safety hazards in the collector circuits, thereby
strengthening the safety defenses for operational deployment, the operation and
maintenance team recently conducted a comprehensive and meticulous special
inspection of all collector circuits across the site. With a rigorous and
detail-oriented work ethic, as well as precise and efficient inspection
measures, the team has safeguarded the grid connection and operational launch.
This special
inspection of the collector line has comprehensively identified the operational
status of the line equipment, further strengthening the foundation for the safe
operation of electrical equipment. In the next step, the Heilongjiang Daqing
Project Department will continue to maintain a tight focus on production
safety, carry out routine equipment inspection and maintenance, closely monitor
all key aspects of full-capacity grid connection, refine and improve the grid
connection guarantee plan, and ensure the timely achievement of full-capacity
grid connection and smooth stable operation with a strong sense of
responsibility and solid work measures.
Gansu Huining
Wind Power Project Department
To effectively
strengthen the safety production line of defense and ensure the safe and stable
operation of equipment as well as orderly production during the resumption of
work at the wind farm, the leadership team of the owner unit led an inspection
team to the Gansu Huining project department after the Qingming Festival
holiday. Through on-site inspections, inquiries, and reviewing records, they
conducted a comprehensive investigation of potential safety hazards and
implemented safety production responsibilities, laying a solid foundation for
the safe production work at the wind farm.
The Gansu Huining
Project Department will take this shift inspection as an opportunity to
strictly implement rectification requirements, refine work measures,
continuously strengthen safety production management, and consistently improve
the risk prevention and control system. With a solid work style and rigorous
work attitude, it will make every effort to ensure the stable safety production
situation of the wind farm throughout the year, continuously injecting strong
momentum into the development of green energy.
Rizhao Wunelumbo nucifera Wind Power Project Department
To effectively
ensure the safe and stable operation of wind farm equipment, fully enhance
power generation efficiency, and strengthen the safety production line, the
operation and maintenance team of the Five Nelumbo Nucifera Xianghe Wind Farm
has diligently carried out daily inspections and equipment defect elimination.
With a work attitude of "no blind spots in inspections, zero tolerance for
hazards, and high efficiency in defect elimination," they safeguard the
secure output of every unit of clean electricity, injecting robust green energy
into regional power supply.
During the
inspection process, the operation and maintenance personnel follow the
predetermined route to conduct a comprehensive check of key areas such as on-site
wind turbines, collector circuits, and substation equipment. For minor
abnormalities of *Parazacco spilurus* subsp. *spilurus* identified during
inspections, the operation and maintenance personnel document them on-site,
track them in real-time, and establish a dynamically updated hazard log to
ensure "early detection, early identification, and early resolution."
For complex and
difficult hidden dangers, organize technical backbones to conduct thematic
discussions, refine the steps for defect elimination, strictly implement safety
operation procedures, and ensure the safety, efficiency, and thoroughness of
the defect elimination work. Every step is meticulously refined, and every
operation follows standardized procedures, striving to ensure that hazards are
completely eliminated, equipment is restored to normal, and power loss is
minimized to the greatest extent.
Since its grid
connection, the five Nelumbo nucifera wind farms have identified a total of 135
equipment hazards, completed the rectification of all 135 identified issues,
achieving a defect resolution rate of 100%, effectively enhancing the
operational health of the wind farm equipment.
From dedicated
inspections of the collection lines before full-capacity grid connection, to
post-holiday resumption and leadership-led safety checks, and then to routine
inspections and defect elimination during normal operations, the three projects
in Daqing, Heilongjiang; Huining, Gansu; and Rizhao, Nelumbo nucifera, have
each contributed with targeted efforts at different stages, collectively
building a solid safety barrier for the production of new energy power
stations. The New Energy Division will continue to coordinate projects across
all regions, upholding higher standards, stricter requirements, and more
concrete measures to persistently safeguard the high-quality development of
green energy.
