Around the Qingming Festival, peak tomb-sweeping activities coincided with dry, withered vegetation in the mountainous area of Rongjiang County, causing the forest fire risk level to continue rising. To strictly prevent fires caused by sacrificial burning, ensure the safety of wind farm equipment and surrounding ecological stability, the Guangxi Luchuan Risk O&M Project Team deployed in advance and fully mobilized. Adhering to the principle of "prevention first, combining fire prevention and suppression, and joint prevention and control," they thoroughly carried out special fire prevention actions for the Qingming Festival. The project team immediately held a special fire prevention deployment meeting, established a special fire prevention leadership group, clarified the field manager as the first responsible person, assigned responsibilities to each team by area, and refined fire prevention responsibilities to hills, plots, wind turbines, and lines. They strictly implemented the 24-hour duty system, increased inspection frequency, and ensured early detection, early reporting, and early handling of fires.
