All O&M personnel on site responded quickly, deployed accurately, and operated in a standardized manner, successfully completing the two outage coordination tasks with zero safety hazards and zero operational errors, fully demonstrating the wind farm's efficient emergency response capability and rigorous safety management level. Power dispatch instructions are the core guide for ensuring safe grid operation. Obeying dispatch commands and accurately executing instructions are the basic principles of wind farm O&M. After receiving the outage notification, the Jilin Taonan Project Team immediately activated the outage coordination work plan, quickly organized O&M backbones to hold a special meeting, clarified the outage time, operation procedures, safety precautions, and personnel division of labor. Combining the actual operation of wind farm equipment, they carefully reviewed key steps in the outage process, identified potential risks in advance, and ensured all preparations were foolproof.
