The domestic waste treatment scale of the Shanxi Jinzhong project is 1200t/d, utilizing two mechanical grate boilers, and the capacity of the steam turbine generator is 25MW. It is a key project in Jinzhong City, aiming to achieve the reduction, harmlessness, and resource recovery of domestic waste disposal.
The company undertook the commissioning work for the project, during which it investigated and analyzed factors affecting the unit's commissioning, assisted the owner in supervising the construction schedule, overcame the impact of cold winter temperatures on commissioning safety and progress, and negotiated with the boiler manufacturer to optimize the boiler drying plan. Through extensive negotiations with the water-softening soil type, measures such as filling and reinforcement were taken to ensure good equipment vibration and other parameters, successfully achieving the unit's commissioning and power generation.
