The construction scale of the Dadonghai commissioning project includes 1×440t/h ultra-high temperature subcritical gas boiler + 1×135MW intermediate single reheat condensing steam turbine + 1×150MW power generation.
The project recycles and utilizes the gas generated from blast furnaces, converters, and coke ovens during the steel production process for power generation. The main equipment of the unit includes ultra-high temperature subcritical, single intermediate reheating, natural circulation drum boilers, 135 MW single reheating steam turbines, and 150 MW generators. Simultaneously, desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal facilities are constructed.
The company was responsible for the commissioning work of the project and successfully achieved the commissioning and operation of the unit.
