Recently, under the influence of the outer circulation of Typhoon Batten, the Rizhao area in Shandong Province has experienced a period of strong winds and heavy rainfall. These extreme meteorological conditions pose significant challenges to the safe operation of wind power equipment as well as to flood prevention and risk mitigation efforts at the wind farm site. To strengthen safety safeguards and resolutely mitigate the risks associated with typhoon-induced flooding, the Rizhao Yuli Wind Power Operation and Maintenance Project Department promptly activated its typhoon and flood prevention emergency response plan. The department has comprehensively deployed resources, implemented targeted measures, and ensured that all personnel are fully prepared, diligently carrying out all necessary typhoon and flood prevention and mitigation measures to safeguard the safe and stable operation of the wind farm.
