To further strengthen the foundation of work safety, eliminate potential equipment hazards, and optimize the operating conditions of the generating unit, Unit 1 of the Phase II Hami Thermal Power Plant Project was officially shut down for maintenance at 8:00 AM on June 7.
This maintenance campaign involves a broad scope, heavy workload, and numerous work sites. In advance, the Project Department convened a specialized maintenance deployment meeting to identify potential hazards associated with high-risk operations and to refine supporting measures—including safety technical briefings, on-site supervision, and emergency response protocols—ensuring that the maintenance plan was developed in advance, safety controls were implemented proactively, and quality standards were strictly enforced, thereby guaranteeing that the maintenance work was carried out in an orderly, closed-loop manner. During the maintenance phase, the Project Department adhered to the principles of "safety first, quality as the foundation, and efficiency as a consideration," ensuring that every area undergoing maintenance met all required standards and was executed in full compliance with regulations.
Moving forward, the Hami Thermal Power Project Department will leverage this unit maintenance operation to summarize maintenance experience, strengthen equipment ledger management, and refine the hazard identification and remediation mechanism, thereby continuously solidifying the foundation for safety production management. All employees will continue to uphold a pragmatic work ethic and remain committed to their roles and responsibilities, making every effort to drive the high-quality and stable development of the project.
