To effectively enhance the fire safety awareness of overseas employees and improve the emergency self-rescue and coordinated response capabilities of the local team in sudden fire accidents, on March 26, the Indonesia Project organized a highly practical fire emergency drill. This drill broke the traditional "lecture-only" training model and combined theoretical instruction with practical operation. During the drill, joint translators explained fire prevention knowledge, initial fire extinguishing methods, and local emergency evacuation routes in both Chinese and Indonesian. As a rapid alarm sounded, the drill entered the practical phase, simulating a fire caused by a short circuit in a workshop distribution cabinet. Under the unified coordination of the drill command group, employees responded quickly.

After the drill, the project team concluded: "Safety knows no borders. The life safety of every employee is our most important responsibility. This drill not only tested the feasibility of the company's emergency plan but, more importantly, transformed Indonesian employees from 'passive listeners' to 'active doers,' ensuring that everyone can respond calmly and help each other in a real crisis." This drill not only improved the fire safety skills of local Indonesian employees but also deepened teamwork and trust between Chinese and Indonesian employees, laying a solid foundation for the company's safe production and stable development.
