December 19, the company participated in the 6th Central Shandong Human
Resources Innovation and Development Exchange, hosted by the Ministry of Human
Resources and Social Security at Zibo Police Training Base. The event aimed to
explore how AI technology can deeply empower the entire human resources service
chain, focusing on its disruptive applications in recruitment, assessment, and
performance management, thereby guiding the development direction of corporate
HR services.

The invited speakers at this event delivered

and HR analytics and compliance. These insights comprehensively cover the

biases and risks.
