The project will construct 2*668MW supercritical coal-fired units, with each unit providing approximately 10% of the Luzon grid's load. Initially, power will be supplied to the grid through the 230V outgoing line of the existing plant, and later through the newly built 500KV booster station.

The Digning project in the Philippines is a major initiative in response to the national "the Belt and Road" initiative. It is the first supercritical power station project in the Philippines and holds significant importance for the local energy development. During the implementation of the project, adverse impacts such as the pandemic were overcome, and strict and meticulous deployment was carried out, successfully completing the production tasks.

Our company has over 70 participants responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the unit. The Degnin project is also a milestone for our company in independently undertaking the operation and maintenance of a 660MW unit.
