The Hefei project is located in Hefei City, Anhui Province, and involves the construction of two high-temperature and high-pressure 130T/H circulating fluidized bed boilers, two 15MW back pressure steam turbine generator sets, and supporting facilities. The project undertakes the task of providing heat to the industrial park and heating for surrounding residents.
During the commissioning period, significant defects such as large temperature differences between the upper and lower cylinders of the steam turbine, which prevented the unit from starting and connecting to the grid, were discovered and resolved. In addition, the steam turbine manufacturer was collaborated with to optimize and retrofit some of the pipeline systems. The commissioning work for two units was completed before the heating season, providing a guarantee for reliable heat supply to the park and heating for residents.
