Recently, the Jilin Taonan Wind Power O&M Project site was busy with orderly operations. To further improve equipment operational reliability, eliminate potential hazards in relay protection devices, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the 35kV busbar system of the wind farm, the project team organized technical personnel to overcome difficulties and successfully complete the replacement of the CPU board of the 35kV busbar protection device. This replacement is a key part of the wind farm's annual equipment technical transformation and hazard investigation and management, marking a phased achievement in the upgrade of the wind farm's relay protection system. The meticulous and careful work of the on-site personnel laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the operation. After several hours of intense work, the CPU board replacement and debugging of the 35kV busbar protection device were successfully completed. A series of tests verified that the new CPU board is stable, the protection device functions are normal, and the response is sensitive and accurate, fully meeting the operational requirements of the wind farm's 35kV busbar system. This CPU board replacement effectively eliminated equipment operation hazards, further strengthened the reliability and stability of the wind farm's relay protection system, and laid a solid foundation for safe and stable power generation throughout the year. Next, the Jilin Taonan Project team will take this technical upgrade as an opportunity to continue deepening lean equipment management, regularly conduct relay protection device inspections, tests, and technical upgrades, and organize practical training for technical personnel to enhance the team's equipment O&M capabilities, fully ensuring the safe production and efficient operation of the wind farm.
