On January 1, 2026, during the New Year's holiday, while countless families were immersed in the joy of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, the Shandong Jiaozhou Wind Power O&M Project team, led by duty leader Liu Mingcheng, remained at their posts. With a strong sense of responsibility, they fortified the energy supply line and opened the new year with dedication and hard work.

In the central control room, O&M personnel closely monitored the operation screens of wind turbines and photovoltaic equipment. Every fluctuation in current and power curves was precisely captured, ensuring the stable flow of energy supply in real time. During the holiday, while maintaining normal equipment operation, the team also simultaneously advanced the annual data compilation work. They meticulously sorted through core data from the past year, including equipment operation parameters, fault handling records, and O&M work orders, providing precise data support for optimizing O&M strategies and managing the full lifecycle of equipment in the new year.

During the day, O&M personnel reviewed key indicators from the annual data, identified gaps, and fully completed the aggregation and archiving of annual data. They also conducted a full-coverage inspection of the PV area through the remote monitoring system, leaving no equipment hazard unchecked, achieving a balance between ensuring energy supply and completing the annual data compilation. After nightfall, O&M personnel promptly organized OMS report data to ensure that the day's operation information was accurate and reported in a timely manner.

At the station site, the cold could not dampen the enthusiasm for standing guard. Zhang Zhenhua, the station duty officer, led the team in inspecting key areas one by one, including the relay protection room, step-down transformers, grounding transformers, AVC devices, and the switchgear room. At the same time, he fully cooperated with the wind turbine O&M personnel, rigorously processing each work order—from task verification and safety measure confirmation to full supervision during operations—ensuring that O&M work proceeded safely and efficiently, and building a solid on-site defense line for stable energy output during the holiday.

This New Year's Day, the entire Jiaozhou Project team demonstrated comprehensive dedication through "control room monitoring, on-site inspections, rigorous work order processing, and annual data compilation." They ensured the stable output of wind and solar clean energy, successfully concluded the previous year's O&M work, and laid a solid foundation for a good start in the new year. With their commitment to their posts, they interpreted the essence of responsibility, allowing clean electricity to continue lighting up countless homes, becoming the warmest scene of dedication during the holiday.
