On New Year's Day, while people were immersed in the joy of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, the duty officers at the Gansu Huining Wind Power O&M Project remained at their posts, safeguarding the smooth operation of the wind power project with responsibility and dedication. The smooth operation of a wind farm relies on 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring and duty. During the New Year's holiday, the duty officers strictly followed operating procedures, conducting real-time monitoring of wind turbine operating parameters, box-type transformer equipment status, and grid connection conditions. They carefully recorded every data point and promptly identified various potential hazards. From the monitoring screens in the main control room to the inspection routes in the equipment yard, their busy figures were everywhere, ensuring stable power output during the holiday.

A morning snowfall left thick snow on the yard roads and around the equipment. To prevent the snow from affecting equipment heat dissipation and blocking emergency access routes, the duty officers picked up shovels and began snow-clearing operations in areas such as the main control building. In the cold wind, they worked together, wielding tools to clear the snow. Although their cheeks were reddened by the cold and their hands and feet gradually became stiff, no one backed down. The snow on the main access roads and around the equipment in the yard was completely cleared, eliminating safety hazards caused by the snow and ensuring smooth equipment inspections and emergency responses. "Being on duty during the holiday is our responsibility, and we must guard our posts even more firmly in the face of wind and snow," they said. In the new year, all duty personnel at the wind farm will continue to work with a rigorous and meticulous attitude, safeguarding the safe and stable operation of wind power equipment and continuously contributing to the cause of energy security.
