On
December 21, the traditional Chinese winter solstice, the Hami Thermal Power
Operation and Maintenance Project Department of our company organized a
heartwarming event titled 'Warm Winter Solstice, Making Dumplings Together,'
allowing frontline employees to feel the warmth of home in the bitter
cold.
The
event day brought the project site alive with warmth. Employees not on duty
enthusiastically joined, quickly forming multiple teams to mix fillings, roll
wrappers, wrap dumplings, and arrange them. With sleeves rolled up, everyone pitched
in, creating a heartwarming and joyful atmosphere. During breaks, they shared
work insights, life anecdotes, and exchanged tips on operational challenges,
deepening team bonds through laughter. After over three hours of hard work,
nearly 3,000 steaming dumplings were ready. Employees gathered to savor their
homemade creations, raised glasses to festive wishes, and savored the fragrant
dumplings. The warmth from their mouths reached their hearts, instantly
dispelling the winter chill.
This
event serves as a vivid demonstration of the project department's commitment to
the company's advocacy of "humanistic care and team cohesion."
Employees engaged in this activity to relax and enhance communication and
camaraderie amidst their busy work schedules. Through down-to-earth and
