The Fengning Wind Power Project in Hebei Province is located in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. With a total installed capacity of 100MW, it comprises 8 sets of 2.2MW wind turbines, 13 sets of 2.3MW wind turbines, and 21 sets of 2.5MW wind turbines.
