Scope of new energy engineering services: This includes the entire process of on-site construction, assembly, commissioning, and system integration for equipment and facilities of photovoltaic and other new energy power generation systems, in accordance with design requirements. Through standardized processes and technical specifications, we ensure the safe and reliable operation of new energy power generation equipment, achieving energy conversion and power output.
It mainly covers the following aspects:
- Site leveling, foundation treatment (such as the construction of support foundations for photovoltaic power stations), construction of supporting buildings (such as substations, control centers, and energy storage equipment plants), and road paving after the selection of the photovoltaic project site.
- Installation of photovoltaic supports, splicing and fixation of components, installation of inverters and combiner boxes, as well as mechanical and electrical connection of tracking systems (such as dual-axis tracking supports).
- Cable laying (such as DC cables for photovoltaic arrays, AC cables for wind turbines and substations), and installation of high and low voltage distribution cabinets.
- Installation of power transformation equipment such as transformers and switch cabinets, as well as construction of lightning protection and grounding systems (such as laying of grounding grids and connecting of equipment grounding terminals).
- Install grid-connected inverters and energy management systems (EMS) to achieve matching between generated power and grid parameters.
- Installation of battery racks for lithium battery energy storage systems, series wiring of battery modules, installation of supporting BMS (battery management system) and fire-fighting facilities.
- Stand-alone debugging (such as photovoltaic module power generation performance testing), system joint debugging (such as power generation-energy storage-grid connection joint operation testing).
- Conduct safety inspections such as insulation tests and voltage withstand tests in accordance with industry standards (such as IEC and national standards), and submit a completion acceptance report.
- Ensure environmental protection measures in the construction area meet government requirements.
