Recently, the company's electrical testing team successfully completed the 2025 annual maintenance and pre-test work at Shanxi Guangling RunGuang Wind Farm. The four-day operation involved comprehensive inspections and maintenance of multiple critical equipment and systems within the wind farm, significantly enhancing operational reliability. This effort has laid a solid foundation for ensuring safe and stable year-round operations and achieving the wind farm's power generation targets.
Prior to the maintenance and commissioning trial, the company's electrical testing team conducted multiple rounds of in-depth discussions. By analyzing real operational data and equipment status from the wind farm, they developed a detailed and targeted maintenance plan. The team also comprehensively assessed potential risks during operations, established a robust emergency response protocol, and organized safety training sessions with technical briefings for all staff. This ensured every worker fully understood the procedures, technical requirements, and safety precautions.
During the operation, field staff strictly followed the established plan to carry out tasks in an orderly manner. Test personnel conducted comprehensive preventive tests using professional equipment on primary equipment including main transformers, 35kV busbars, various types of current transformers, and lightning arresters, accurately detecting key indicators such as insulation performance and electrical parameters. Maintenance personnel performed meticulous inspections and repairs, including bolt tightening, equipment cleaning, and component replacement, effectively eliminating potential hazards in the equipment.

The secondary protection personnel shall perform functional verification and complete transmission test on the protection device to ensure that the protection system can act accurately at critical moments and provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of equipment.
Notably, during this maintenance and commissioning phase, the entire team demonstrated exceptional collaboration. All subgroups worked closely together with seamless communication. Confronting tight deadlines and heavy workloads, staff members voluntarily worked overtime, sacrificing rest time to fulfill their duties with strong responsibility and professional dedication. The site supervisor maintained constant oversight of progress and quality control, promptly addressing any issues that arose to ensure efficient execution of the maintenance and commissioning tasks.
The maintenance and trial work achieved remarkable results, completing 120 test items and addressing 23 equipment defects. This significantly improved the health status and operational stability of the wind farm's facilities. Through this comprehensive "health check", the wind farm equipment will be in better condition to meet subsequent power generation tasks, providing the grid with more stable and reliable green electricity.
In the future, the company will continue to adhere to the safety production concept of "safety first and prevention first", continue to strengthen equipment operation and maintenance management, carry out equipment inspection and maintenance work regularly, and constantly improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of staff, so as to ensure the long-term stable operation of all new energy operation and maintenance project departments.
